Account Registration and Security

Account Credentials

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on kgu9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals.
Deposits
Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by kgu9 and displayed at the time of the deposit transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. kgu9 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account, subject to the platform's current withdrawal processing times. Most withdrawals are completed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification prior to processing. kgu9 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawals. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the wagering requirements applicable to each bonus.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a kgu9 transaction, without first contacting kgu9 support to resolve the matter directly, constitutes a breach of these Terms. kgu9 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts where a chargeback has been initiated, to recover all funds subject to dispute, and to report the matter to relevant fraud prevention organisations. Players are encouraged to contact kgu9 support directly to resolve any payment discrepancies before involving third parties.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
kgu9 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
- Bonus Funds are separate from real-money Balance. Real-money funds are used before Bonus Funds unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
- kgu9 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to a user's account, and to void bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of system errors.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using multiple accounts, third-party funding, or automated betting systems to exploit bonus offers constitutes abuse and will result in immediate disqualification and account closure.
- Seasonal and event-linked promotions (such as those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, or IPL) are time-limited and may be withdrawn without notice once the promotional period ends. Eligibility for such promotions is determined solely by kgu9.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kgu9 platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity. kgu9 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
- Registering or using the platform if you are under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account or use the platform on your behalf.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological aid to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay, to harvest data from the platform, or to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
- Colluding with other players, exploiting software bugs or errors, or engaging in any form of game manipulation or match-fixing in relation to sports betting markets available on the platform.
